We have secured a discounted rate at the hotel across the street from the Venue!  Here are the instructions for booking a room.  With tax its about $115 per night.

We will have a shuttle bus for transport from the hotel to the track.  This is only 1/2 mile away, but we understand each pilot has alot of gear.

Each team can have 8 flying pilots.  However, a team can bring as many support staff as they desire.  The supoort staff do not need to buy a ticket, and they can not swap in for a pilot that has bought a ticket.

Your ticket includes admission, a Tshirt, and lunch on Saturday.
